Driver & passenger requirements
Drivers must be 25 to rent
A valid driving licence is required at pickup.
No minimum age on passengers
We do not set a minimum age for passengers.
No security deposit
We do not take a security deposit while you are renting.
Closed-toe shoes and eye protection
Required — no exceptions on the trail.
Utah OHV certification required
Utah requires every off-highway vehicle operator to complete the OHV safety course. Take the test at www.ohv.utah.gov before you arrive.

Confirm current tiers at bookingThe damage waiver program is not insurance. It is an optional agreement that reduces your financial responsibility for accidental damage, and exclusions and limitations apply. Tiers and terms are confirmed when you book and are subject to verification against current Wildpoint policy.
Fuel policy
Machines leave full and must be returned full. Prefer to skip the pump? Prepay fuel when you book and we will refuel the machine for you — the cost depends on the length of your rental.
Choose prepay fuel at booking and you drop the machine off empty.

Trails & access
Where you can ride
Riding happens on the areas and routes Wildpoint is permitted to use around Duck Creek Village and the Markagunt Plateau. Which routes are open changes with the season, weather and fire restrictions.
- We brief you on the legal routes and current closures for your date before you leave.
- Fire restrictions, road closures and grooming schedules can change at short notice — we will tell you what applies on the day.
- Stay on established routes: cross-country travel damages the meadows and is not permitted.
- Cell coverage is patchy outside the village. Agree a meeting point with your group before you set off.
Always confirm current trail, road and fire-restriction information before you ride. We will give you our current information, but conditions on the mountain can change faster than any website updates.
